When is the studio open?
Tuesdays 6pm - 9pm
Saturdays 9am - 12pm
No appointments are needed to drop by the studio during our open hours. 

What workshops do you offer?
All of the workshops that we offer at POT studios are available on our WORKSHOPS page. Each workshop contains details of the dates we offer and remaining spaces available.

When will you be releasing new workshop dates?
We add new workshop dates to our website on a monthly basis. If you'd like to notified when new dates are available, sign up for our mailing list here.

Do you offer workshops for children?
No, we do not offer workshops for children. Our studio and workshops are designed for adults only. 

How do I reschedule or cancel my workshop?
If you need to reschedule or cancel your workshop booking, please email us at make@potstudios.com.au. We require at least 48 hours notice to change your booking to a different date or provide you with a refund.

When will my pottery be ready for glazing or pick up?
During your workshop we provided you with a card that will indicate when your pottery will be ready. After this date you can come by the studio during our open hours to glaze or pick up your pottery. If you're not able to find this card, please get in touch with us at make@potstudios.com.au and we'll help you out. 

Why is there a workshop on your website that I can't book into?
Our workshops fill up fast and if there are no spaces available, you won't be able to book in. When you're looking at our workshops, click on the different dates we have available and at the top of the page, you'll see how many spaces are remaining in the workshop. 

What do I need to bring to my workshop?
POT studios provides all clay, glazes and equipment for your workshop. We also have aprons that you can use but please wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty and closed toe shoes. 

Where is POT studios located?
Our studio is located at 475 Golden Four Drive, Tugun Queensland.

Do you offer private group workshops?
Yes, we do offer private group workshops. For more details, please email us at make@potstudios.com.au with the number of people in your group and the date that you're hoping to book and we'll be in touch ASAP.

Under what circumstances could a workshop be cancelled?
In order for our workshops to go ahead, we require three or more attendees. If we do not meet our minimum attendees required, POT may cancel the workshop and offer you a place in another upcoming workshop or a full refund. 

Can I use AfterPay to purchase a gift card?
No. Gift cards cannot to be purchased using AfterPay as per our merchant agreement with AfterPay. If you select AfterPay as your payment method when buying a gift card, we'll cancel the gift card and refund your payment. 

What should I wear to my workshop?
While we provide aprons, please wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting messy. For safety, we ask that you also wear closed toe shoes.

Do you offer a firing service?
We do not offer a firing service at POT studios as our kilns are busy firing the pottery made by potters in our workshops. 

How long will you keep my pottery?
Since space is limited, we're only able to keep your pottery for one month after your pottery is ready to be picked up. If you don't return to pick up your pottery after a month, we'll donate it to those in need in our community.
